A response to "50 questions Christians can't answer" Refuted.

This the 4th part of this examination and refutation on the "50 questions" as seen in parts 1-3, we come to questions 31-40:

31. If you believe that your eternal life is more important than your physical life and you believe that all children are innocent in the eyes of God, why not kill your children so they are guaranteed to go to heaven? You can’t tell me that it is because killing is a sin. First of all, you could repent thereafter and be forgiven. Secondly, if you would sacrifice your life for your child who is about to be hit by a train, and you believe your eternal life is more important than this life, then it would stand to reason that you should kill your children to ensure their entrance into heaven before they are old enough to be held accountable for being a creature of sin, right?
Hmm, the pure evil that lurks in a human heart never ceases to amaze me. Clearly, this man has serious issues to be dealt with by some professional help.  One should notice the request being made "If you believe that your eternal life is more important than your physical life and you believe that all children are innocent in the eyes of God, why not kill your children so they are guaranteed to go to heaven?" There are clear categorical errors being made here. Lets consider them:

(1)  it is true that eternal life is important, very much so. That however, does not give us the right to become God and kill our Children. Our lives on earth are also important in the long run, as we are given great works to do in this life which will rewarded in the next life. The very sense of this question make me wonder where this man's head is right now.. it is not a rational request.
(2) It is also true that Children are innocent in God's sight. But to understand what that means we must recognise its truth. Children are innocent based on not have committed personal sin. In this we see, that God takes this into account in special cases such as early deaths. But now, we also must understand that all humans are fallen from birth due the inherited depravity that was passed on by Adams disobedience (Genesis 3, Romans 5).

And it is exactly because murder is sin that we do not do such a thing; and it is also because of what God has done by bringing us to faith in Christ (by regeneration) that we do not seek to do thing which are contrary to the new nature God has given us. Being forgiven is no excuse for living in sin. In the examples given we see a clear malfunction in his thinking. The second one is a loving act of saving your child's life by putting you own life in danger. Any Father in his right mind would sacrifice his life in order for his child's.
32.  If you do believe that children are innocent in the eyes of God, wouldn’t it be reasonable to suggest that abortion doctors are winning more souls for Christ than Christian missionaries? Why not bomb a pre-school? That would surely win a lot of souls for Christ.
This kind of logic fails to even make sense. Is he seriously justifying murdering lives of many individuals (whether it is pre- birth or post birth). And he claims Christian are evil and misguided. This question borders on evil. And it is his own heart that it stems from (Jeremiah 17:9, Matthew 15:19-20).
The sanctity of human life is something that no man should ever meddle with in such ways.

33.  If you do not believe that children are innocent in the eyes of God, wouldn’t it be fair to suggest that God is a monster? Do you see the conundrum here?
Again, this shows a poor understanding of Christian theology and a poor understanding about mankind.

34.  It is a common belief among Christians that the only unforgivable sin is consciously rejecting Christ as Lord and savior. With that said, it is also believed by Christians that those who have never heard of Jesus and the Christian faith, i.e. individuals within an isolated tribe, babies and so forth, have no concept of Christ and can not, therefore, be in the position to consciously reject him. This would allow them entrance into heaven by default. With that said, why would you tell anyone about Christ? Why would you spread the word if that would put them in the position to consciously reject him? If they are already going to heaven due to their ignorance of the word of God, why not just let that be? You would, in effect, be losing more souls to Satan by spreading the word. You might want to rethink that whole “fishers of men” thing.
Again, it show a rather dismal understanding of what the Christian truth is in this regards, let me go through a few points:

(1) All men, every where know God exists... that has been made known through 2 main roots (a) by creation itself, everything gives testimony to the creator. (b) through their very being, God has instilled in each person a conscience and a understanding whom he is  by "man being created in God very image) (Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 1:19-20).
But here is the kicker, due to the fall in Adam, and the entrance of sin: all men everywhere and all times has been radically effected by it. He is a depraved state. And this revealing only makes them known their sin and that they are accountable to God for their rebellion.

(2) God in his wisdom has chosen those who will be saved from the vast humanity; and has left all the others in their sin to judged. And in this God Gets all the glory. So in this, certain men from all tribes, tongues and nation are chosen before creation by the Father, And the Son had died specifically for those people .. the atonement is design with that purpose and it will be accomplished. And the Holy Spirit will come upon those who are Chosen in Chris and regenerate them by the power of Christ's word and they will come to Christ in faith, forsaking even hated their sin. (John 6:35-45, Romans 8-11, and Ephesian 1: 3-14).

Now why do Christians spread the gospel.. because we are commanded too and because God brings us to it as well.
35. Imagine that I had the power and ability to feed millions and end all suffering. Now, imagine that I simply chose not to do so because these millions of people that are suffering did not like me. You would probably like me even less then, right? Then why does God get a ‘get out of jail free card’? Wait a minute, ‘God’s plan,’ right?
No, I don't need to imagine anything you put forth. But what of this statement:

Step 1: Imagine.
Step 2: Imagine.

That is all this attack is, the imaginings of a someone who clearly does not have the ability to think without wanting people to do harm to others. There is a case where a man coached many into suicide, this is just the same premise, but instead of claiming to a women - you are pretending, even imagining to be God.
As I have said before this, God has a purpose in everything that happens or has happened (sometimes it is revealed to us, other time it is not. And I believe it is best that way). We do not have the right to question God; any more than a Child has the right to question their Father when he punishes him for doing wrong.

 36. Why are more atrocities committed in the name of God than anything else?
You really want to go down this road! It will be a messy path for you to even recover from. People commit atrocities, because people are evil. It has nothing to do with God.  But everything to do with unstable men because they are suffering from the effects of the fall.
And yes, it has something to do with being brainwashed into believe a select few are better than everyone else. Christianity does not teach this kind of nonsense; it teaches that all men after the fall are equally depraved and deserve hell. No Christian is better than anyone else, we are just better off because God has shown us grace.

Now let us consider some thing which are blatantly not even registering on his radar: (1) Po Pot was an atheist who committed genocide.(2)  Hitler was an atheist who committed genocide, by killing millions of Jews. (3) Stalin was an atheist; who committed genocide, by murdering millions of Christians.
Why do these and others get pushed aside in this attack. We need consistency, condemn these acts. Now that does not excuse the many atrocities down in the name of religion (not God) they are equally wrong and must be condemned.

But it is as one says, "inconsistency is a sign of a failed argument."

37. The bible states that it is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. If it is fairly impossible for the rich to go to heaven then why are there wealthy Christians? Why wouldn’t these rich Christians give up all of their wealth to make it easier for them to enter the kingdom of heaven?
Misunderstanding of the context. It is not a lesson about being our status as Christian, but rather a misuse of the law common to the Jews of the time. Who believe that all one had to do to be justified by God was to keep the law. The man riches were an idol, a barrier that made him a failure before God and his Son.
Read the whole context stating at Matthew 19:16-30 for a better understanding.

38. Building upon the previous question, if it is almost impossible for the rich to enter the kingdom of heaven, then why would God create heaven as having pearly gates, streets of gold and many mansions? It sounds like he wants us to be poor in life so that we will want to be rich in the afterlife, maybe? Does this make any real sense?

The last question was a failed one; as is this one. for it fails to take into account that Revelation is high symbolic in nature. And must not be taken as a literal description. As for John 14:1-2, again Jesus point was not that we would be wealthy; but that he is the only way for man to reunited with God. the word "mansions" is to understand a descriptive term not of large houses but of our heavenly position as full redeemed believer who have escaped the sin filled world and it lures.

 39. If God is perfect then his creations should be perfect, right? Then that would mean that the earth is a perfect creation. Then why would God have to create another perfect place, heaven, and use it to entice us to believe in him? What kind of assurance do we have that heaven would be any better than his other ‘perfect’ creation, earth?

Indeed, before the fall (Genesis 1-2) Adam and Eve were sinless and perfect; but after the fall (Genesis 3) all men fell into utter darkness and inherited a wickedness that would hold them captive under it's control (John 8:31-39). So no, the creation is not perfect any longer; all one has to do is look to the news and see the chaos of death and destruction on a daily basis.
Again, we are mixing categories:  (1) God did not create the world full of evil. That is all man's fault. And to insinuate such a notion is blasphemous. It is illogical and cannot be demonstrated to be the case. (2) Heaven is a pure sanctuary because man in his sinful states cannot enter. And it was made by God himself.

40. God allowed Jesus to be tempted as a human by Satan in the wilderness of the desert. Again, if God and Jesus are the same entity, then what kind of sense does it make for God to allow himself to be tempted by Satan in the wilderness to see if he would give in to the temptation? In addition to that, if he were all-knowing, he would have already known the outcome and, therefore, could have avoided the whole thing all together.
As I have said previously, God is one in being, but exists as 3 persons: The father, the Son, and the Spirit. And only one of these persons became a man. Now with the temptation, indeed he was tempted and he was victorious over Satan.
As a part of his over all mission, Christ had to be tested in order to show 2 things: 1st, Christ was in full control of his own fate. 2nd, Satan was under Christ's control as well.

God's attribute of  "omniscience"  or all-knowledge is something that is tied into his decretive will. In other words, his knowledge has it's basis in whom he is and what he has decreed to take place in history. Every single event including the current one up for discussion; would necessity happen due to the fact it had been pre-determined to take place.
Avoidance is not an answer to the question, Since God determines all that happens and then fixes its time and assigns it place. It will happen as it has been decreed.
